My unofficial weight this morning is 102.9kg.
I had a bad weekend of eating too much food. I will need to be a little more disciplined on weekends especially when I break my Friday Fast at supper time.
Did I enjoy the food ? YES!
Do I regret it ? NO!
Just got to make the next week better than the last week and move on :)
