Not eating enough, totally not hungry and now not losing weight. Trying to eat more veggies to get my carbs up there so we'll see what happens?

Unfortunately, one of the negative effects of Atkins is that the fat is suppressing your appetite. If you don't eat enough (1500-1800 calories/day MINIMUM), then you won't loose weight. Your body goes into starvation mode. Try to eat 4-5 meals a day, that will help you get in all of the food that you need.

I'm having the same problem of keep my cal's up and my carbs down. I'm not hungery and cant eat when i'm not hungery.
