I've been almost perfectly spot on (except for Saturday, which I know wasn't THAT bad, considering I only ate half of all the junk we ordered), yet my weight is still up. This is the part I hate. I've been working out like crazy and really pushing myself to try to get it down. I've been chugging water like crazy too. Ugh. So annoying.

Well then, you should also know that it passes. Just stay consistent, keep it going. It will drop soon enough! Maybe keep your carbs in check, don't stop them completely just minimize them??
