really struggling to stick to just healthy eating. i am just so tired all the time and my mind automatically goes, food equals energy. so i allow myself to fail and eat more food than i need in the hope that i'll wake up. and just the fact that food is just so tasty. need to just become alot stronger in my will power, just cause my mates are all having biscuits and sweets doesnt mean i have to. and got to start having smaller portions at dinner. problem is that i never feel full unless i eat like 3-4 plates full of food.
