Did good this weekend. Had a birthday party Sunday, no cake or ice cream for me, it didn't really bother me as I'm not a huge sweet eater. I'm worried about weigh in tomorrow, my mind is still telling me I'm eating too much. I've gone to 3-4 different sites and they all tell me to eat a different amount of calories, between 1585-2000 so who knows. I pick the same options, enter same weight, height etc... I've set my RDI here at 1500 I believe, my BMR- at rest is 1587 so maybe I need to eat 1600 calories so my body doesn't think I'm starving it??! It's all so confusing and you get different info on different sites. Okay, enough ranting, I'll wait and see.

Hey Christy, hang in there - every site I checked and every info on weightloss I gotten tells you to eat - maybe you need to eat more often, like convert your 3 "big" meals into 6 small ones. Constantly feeding your body so it won't think it is starving. The guy on biggest looser said you should eat every 3 hours something. Anyway be patient - it will happen. I'll keep you in my prayers.....
