Here we are halfway through the month of February, and so far I've tracked what I've eaten every day (although admittedly, maybe not EVERYTHING - one step at a time:). I promise myself, IF I continue to track every day this month, THEN on March 3rd I will buy myself a set of wireless earbuds!
Anyway, happy Valentines day to everyone! My DH & I had a pretty fancy dinner Sunday and WILL NOT be going out tonight. Instead, I'm going to make some chicken sausage & pasta at home - then I have a hot date with a treadmill at the gym! What are YOUR plans for the evening?
