Did a really good job with eating yesterday - but I didn't exercise. Today I am going to try and run for half an hour and swim for an hour to make up for it. 3500 calories to loose a pound and I only have about 1000. Two pounds to loose before Monday. Need to havea deficit of over 1000 today!
Also, super tempted to weigh myself. I know it is a bad idea though and I only weigh myself on Monday mornings!
