Shit! I have eaten so much lately. There is no way that I am going to make it to my weight loss goal for today. I am going to have to really up the exercise today. I'm trying to figure out ways that I can cut some calories. I am also horrified about how little protein and how much fat I've had. I need to find ways to fix that. I've had quite a bit of carbs too.
