Today was my sixth consecutive day of workouts. It's my goal to work out 6 of 7 days, so that part is going well. The diet part is not going well. I am caving in to many food temptations.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The exercise part is a huge accomplishment. Getting comfortable with that first may be what your system senses is right. I have no doubts that you will reach your goal Dheimer...

way to go on the workouts ....mbye your body needs that food its craving...its good to take off one day to rest up..last week i did 7 in a row..this week my body is sayin it needs a break...

You're doing great. Don't beat yourself up. It is hard to stick to an exercise routine.

Perhaps you feel you can exercise and eat more..........try to keep strictly to sbd in spite of the exercising, and if you are extra hungry because of working out, drink, drink, drin, - eat veggies! Make your snacks wholesome. Good Luck.

AWESOME on the exercise!! Keep it the great work! As far as the diet part goes, get a few good recipes that appeal to you here and get them all ready to satisfy your taste buds. There is some really good ones here and I really have been feeling not too many cravings by keeping stocked up on 'good for me' foods! You can do it!! :)
