Conpared to other members on this site, I have been eating way too many Carbs!!! what to eat???

i don't like that it shows the comparison of what you're eating to what everyone else is eating because it doesn't separate the people who enter EVERYTHING they eat from those who just enter SOME of the things they eat. so..compared to people who only enter dinner or whatever, of course you're going to be eating sooo much more of everything. I struggled with this for awhile but now I pretty much ignore it...
