My name is Lorrie and I'm 22. I just graduated college and I don't want to start my "adult" life being overweight. I lost 30 pounds three years ago and I've successfully kept it off, but I know I'm not where I want to be. I need to lose 15 more pounds to be at my goal weight. The weight came off pretty easily when I did it two years ago, but now its time to buckle down and seriously get to my goal weight.

I recently got out of a long term relationship and realized that I need to figure out who I am and what I am doing in this world. I started exercising daily and I love it! Losing the rest of this weight is just another thing on my list of things I need to finally finish for ME. I am ready to do this, FINALLY.

Eating out where to go what to have?
I like the under 550 calorie meals at Applebees. My favorite is the Spicy Shrimp Pasta. It'a made with Whole Wheat Pasta and it's pretty spicy so if that's not your thing be careful. I think it's like...14 points but considering the other options at applebees (other than the ww menu..) it isn't too bad. Smile
