Today, I am starting the Protein Power diet/woe by Drs. Michael and Mary Eades. Similar to Atkins but start at a higher phase 1 carb target, 30 g vs 20 g on Atkins phase 1. Also, the protein is higher as well. My macronutrient targets/day are the following: Carbs 30 g Protein 110 g Fat 119 g Calories 1632
Exercise: 3x /week Treadmill walking (10-30 min) and weight circuit at Planet Fitness.
