I have not really gained any weight. Just that I guessed at my current weight. Anyway over that last year, I have kept my weight within 10 lbs. Pretty good for a yoyo dieter that loves sweets and can gain weight at the drop of a hat and has a very difficult time using weight.

Not doing so well. Ate too many calories and carbs yesterday. Sigh. It is tough to limit my food. I love to eat and of curse eat for all the wrong reasons.

Got my exogenous ketones from Julian Bakery. Will see if it helps get me into Ketosis and lose fat! Even if it helped with exercise endurance and mental clarity, that would be good.

Today, I am starting the Protein Power diet/woe by Drs. Michael and Mary Eades. Similar to Atkins but start at a higher phase 1 carb target, 30 g vs 20 g on Atkins phase 1. Also, the protein is higher as well. My macronutrient targets/day are the following:
Carbs 30 g
Protein 110 g
Fat 119 g
Calories 1632
Exercise: 3x /week Treadmill walking (10-30 min) and weight circuit at Planet Fitness.

110 g Protein (27%, 440 kcal)
119 g Fat (66%, 1072 kcal)
