I guess checking in once or twice a week is my new normal. I kind of miss the days when I lived on here. Whatever happened to Oliver? Did he wander off to greener pastures?

I announced to hubby this morning that I am returning to alternate day eating. "I'm only going to eat on odd days. That worked well for me when I did it before." He said, "Okay, honey." "So, today I'm fasting."

Lady - I was asking myself the same thing but I did not want to poke the bear :-)))) ///Way to go with your eating pattern. I wish I could do it but even 18/6 is not really a thing for me.

Yep, no bear poking! Nice to see you when you do pop in, Lady. That has gotten to be my mo as well. I do better when I track closer so I guess I better get back to it :)

It works well for me. And it reduces your insulin resistance, my main aim.
