OK, journal entry this morning was a little short. I had just woken up, weighted myself for the first time in 6 days, and saw a two pound difference! I had to enter it directly into my weight history, just to see the chart lean a little further down.

I'm happy about the 2 pound difference, and the overall 5 pounds weight difference from this time last month. Honestly, I was a little sad I didn't hit 4 pounds loss for the week, but I take what I can get. I'm on target for 40 pounds lost by June 2nd. What more can I ask for?

Motivation: I like seeing a little more definition in my calves. I flex them in the mirror when I'm wearing my nice skirts for work. I like feeling like my legs are strong.

I can't wait for my face/neck/jawline to slim down. Just need to stay on track.

Good luck Flagchic....sorry about your aunt. I sounds like you have the right attitude. I too have terrible cravings at night. I have been making sunrise crystal light and puttting a few tablespoons of fiberall in...its filling and the fluid intake is good for you . Remember this feeling will pass. Dont worry about the skinny girl at the GYM...it could be my daughter, she once was 266 lbs ...three years ago.. she too felt self councouis..but hung in there...through exercise, weight watchers and just taking it one day at a time she is now 145 lbs and even enjoys her runs. The most important advise she would give you is the mantra she useed every day, "love yourself enough not to give up on yourself". C
