Good day today so far. I read some where that a scoop of glutamine in the morning helps curve cravings along with a spoon of coco oil in hot water (not together with the glutamine) sometime thru out the day. SO I broke out a Atkins shake (keep em stocked for emergencies) and added the glutamine and bcaa to it and it has been helping a lot today. Additionally, I dont feel so bloated or backed up (gross I know) and the scale dropped a pound. AND I actually ate the salad I made for lunch so its a good day here. Got a decent work out in today, made my 11k in steps already and half way thru my water goal. I got some chicken breast in salsa verde that I cooked with zucchini and mushrooms and topped with pepper jack, ready for dinner. NOW I need to not sabotage this wonderful day... I add glutamine powder and unflavored BCAAs powder to my protein powder so I get it in all my shakes.

Never heard of glutamine, had to go to Amazon, got it in my cart. One of the things I love about this site, I learn so much from my buddies! Thanks!
