after working out for the last 2 days( mostly on my legs) i need to do some light work on my legs today because they are so soar but im going to be doing some upper body work to try and keep going. my legs havent felt like this since i went bike riding this last summer for the first time in like 20yrs. this last couple of days have made me realize that i havent been as active as i thougth i was. the funny part is that i have been watching my husband trying to exercise behind my back....this is better than the last couple times i have tried to lose weight when he would just keep bringing me home chocolates and junk food and i dont have the will power to do this on my own. so far he is backing me up and i hace gotten a coworker that is also trying to lose weight to partner with me so i have someone at home and someone at work to watch me, help me make good choices and encourage me. this may be my year to get back to a healthy size and feel good again. :)
