Weighed in today and Im four pounds lighter than last week although last week I weighed in on Ashley's scale which I think is a little bit higher than my home scale. Regardless, it gave me a little bit of a confidence boost! Hitting the gym later today and I can't wait to workout hardcore! I haven't been in a little while and I have plenty of stress to burn off! Can't wait for the endorphin rush!
