Slowly cutting out my coffee and creamer, which is giving me way too many calories, empty ones at that! I'm trying to switch to warm tea, I guess I need something warm on these cold winter mornings, so tea it is. Did good this weekend, hoping the snow will continue to melt so I can get out and walk, right now I would have to walk on the street, not a good idea since the snow has made most the streets even narrower, suppose to be 45 this week, so it should melt fast! This will be a great week! Good attitude... Lifestyle change. I'm worth it.
