I've decided I'm going to lower my RDI to 1600. This site put me at 2200 which I think is way too high so I went to two other sites to calculate it and one had me at 1857 the other 1657... very confusing. I'll stick with 1600 and see what happens. Plus until I get my butt moving and exercise I'm not burning off hardly any. My brain is telling me I'm eating too much, it's a struggle to eat so many calories since for years I'd only been eating one meal a day (it wasn't working by the way, remember that Christy!) I will have breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.

If you aren't exercising at all, you can go to numerous websites to calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). This calculates the amount of calories your body burns daily if you were to lie in bed all day long. Once you figure that out, you can consume that amount of calories and as long as you aren't in bed all day, you should see a gradual weight reduction. Good luck!
