I just finished my Insanity workout for today, Cardio Recovery which is less intense, but still a good workout nonetheless. I am beat! I am so excited I completed two weeks on this program, my endurance is better as is my strength and I feel great. The scale is still being a dick, but the fact that I continue to look in the mirror and feel good about myself is all that matters. I'm finding that i'm hungry all the time though which is new to me. For the duration of this journey I don't recall being perpetually hungry, so i'm definitely going to have to work on eating more on this program; more like having good clean food prepared for my constant meal times. I haven't been eating as well as i've liked, but I'm a lot more active, i'm taking these carb blockers to hopefully counteract some of the higher carb meals and sticking to my workouts. i'm spending the weekend at a friends house, so after having a sandwhich i took the stairs down 23 flights to the lobby and committed myself to walking back up! i've never done that before, and if i'm not too sore tomorrow, i'll try and stick to the stairs for as long as i stay here, but we'll see i still have more intense workouts for the next two days so we'll see. It may be a 3 day weekend, but i'm dfinitely going to be stocking up on healthier foods for my stay here, i have the coach summit to look forward to in april so i need to eep it together.

Wow you are doing amazing with those work outs and with the stairs. I hate stairs. I did Tear it Up Yesterday. It's a killer. I am kind of sore this morning from the new things that were thrown into it but it's a good sore and didn't stop me from doing Cadio- Core this morning. Have a great day and I will get back to your email later.

Two weeks is a lot of days, a lot of exercising. You must be so pumped by all the new things you are doing and thinking. FEEL the pleasure of that!! (I'm SO with you about that "d" scale!!) ;)

Cathy-Good for you, i heard tear it up is a killer,i am def afraid of that one. i'm so glad to be done w. all the lunges, but i'm sure it'll be brutal and worth it right before bikini season. I like her express workouts, effective and efficient. FacingForward thx so much for your continued kind words. the scale is evil, i'm so glad i don't rely on it that much b/c i'm able to see it in my clothes/mirror and endurance from the workouts that my program is working. so glad to be done w. 2 weeks, i'm almost halfway there. I'm so excited to hear your thoughts on Slim in 6

What is the "coach summit" in April? I'm guessing a killer hike or something.
