I haven't cheated but put a pound back on (time of the month). I am weighing myself daily and should probably knock it off! Once a week should be enough. A little obsessive. I don't want to constantly think about my weight anymore, that's why I started the diet in the first place! ! !

I am desperate to lose weight so just started Atkins and have bought the book. I should weigh myself daily like you. I need to take it more seriously.
