I don't know why but, I am still losing. I am not complaining. My time has been so limited, that when I do eat I'm usually turned off by the whole thing or just too tired to enjoy it. So I have been eating much less quantities of food.

Long time, almost a year ago I started the Atkins diet and I must say, I have not gained a single pound back after I stopped.(about March of 2007). I have started a new career in Real Estate and DID pass that hateful exam. I have recently taken off an additional 4 lbs and not quite sure why, no change in diet, etc. But am grateful nonetheless. I am going to actively restart my diet in November. I think it will save me from the Holiday extravaganza of overeating cause "tis the season" hoping it will keep me aware of what is going in my mouth and thereafter on my butt! I hope all of you have a fabulous Halloween! Hang in there and hang-tough!
