2012, it represents a new year a new beginning. I am currently at 211 pounds due to the food choices made during the holiday. Plus being on vacation and having the down time to think about food more than if I had been at work. However, I have been exploring another site sparkpeople.com and I have found some really good motivational pieces that have explain a lot of behavior issues that I have experienced. It is time for me to re write my story. So, I am back to the basics and understand that Rome was not built in a day. I am going to be effective and positive in my goals.

Thanks for the buddy request. I helps to have people around you to keep on track. What keeps me going on this path is if I don't lose weight I could end up in a wheelchair which would seriously comprimise my quality of life. Unfortunately it took something that bad to get me serious about weight loss. This isn't easy but the rewards are worth it.
