2012, it represents a new year a new beginning. I am currently at 211 pounds due to the food choices made during the holiday. Plus being on vacation and having the down time to think about food more than if I had been at work. However, I have been exploring another site sparkpeople.com and I have found some really good motivational pieces that have explain a lot of behavior issues that I have experienced. It is time for me to re write my story. So, I am back to the basics and understand that Rome was not built in a day. I am going to be effective and positive in my goals.
