Still possible a small sprain in my ankle - today I wore compression sleeves for my legs and that actually seemed to help. Really want to run on elliptical, but also want my ankle to have time to heal up a bit more. It's only been 4 days...giving it a little bit.

I haven't been adding my recipes in here, only going with what's already in here. Probably consuming less calories on some, more on others.

Felt good to do weights this morning. Even if they were only 2lbs.

Started back taking Fish Oil tablets -- soreness in joints seems to have eased off some. Fingers crossed that it removes the pain in the joints! :)
