Back to work after 3 days in New York City! Visited and had a lovely time. Food was good, company was good, activities were just right. Got a lot of steps in, walking and taking the subway.
I did well with WOE and didn't log but will start up today and going forward. Need to get out my hat and mittens so I can get out and walk at lunch - that seems to be what helped last time.

Please help, I am not familiar with the acronym "WOE". I probably should be able to figure it out, this 67 year old brain is not working!
