Down a half pound this morning, hope it holds or even increases until Monday's weigh in. Oh, wait, I joined a challenge to weigh in every day for the month of December...so I guess I will record tomorrow. I have messed around and put myself about a month behind where I should be because of bad choices. Been doing good this week, and tomorrow starts a whole new month. Good luck to all of us!
