Just reflecting on past few days. Although my weigh-loss has slowed I am happy that I am taking the right steps to be healthy. I was starting to get frustrated over a week and a half of poor results compared to what I have done previously. In the end Rome was not built in a day I know my targets were a bit ambitious. I would have probably reached them had I not changed my workout routine. However workout routine is for 4 weeks and I owe it too myself to give it a go. The only bad thing that can come out is that I am fitter. I have started to implement my plateau buster package which includes better sleep, more cardio, more exercise, as little carbs as physically possible. If I fail I will fail trying.
