I'm still concerned about my weight, I should be more careful on how much I eat.
122.8 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I never worry about how much I eat, just what I eat. I try to stay away from all vegitable oils. (I try to keep my fat intake under 10%. If I have a meal that is high in salt I'm up at least 2 pounds, which can last 2 or 3 days. It's all water, but it still sucks.
