LadyinDenim's Journal, 05 November 2016

I stepped away from my food log and journal for a week. I continued with IF, but ate whatever I wanted and didn't write it down. I maintained my weight loss, which is super cool.

Am ready to jump back in where I left off.

Oddly enough, the stressful job has now become the easy job. As the only nurse at the assisted living facility, there is much more responsibility. At the nursing home, I put in my eight hours, pass the ball to the next team member, and go home. Done.

218.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I was wondering where you were. Nice to hear that you can maintain with 'just' IF.

I'm proud of you that you maintained and came back with a loss! You remained dedicated to IF even though you weren't journaling and weren't logging, good for you, Lady! It's nice to hear that things are going smoother at your job, I remember you were really stressed out before. :::hugs:::

I decided to be less butthurt about everything. Other people have their power and authority and their agendas. Let them have at it. I do my work autonomously and to the best of my ability. I have a clear conscience. I will no longer be working double shifts, and that should improve my sleep.

Glad to hear it Lady, I've been worried that you've been overdoing it - working too hard. Take care of you!

Wow, welcome back, and good for you. Not just on the maintaining and even losing some, but because it sounds like you've made some good decisions. Like Erika I've been worried that you've been working so hard. Take time for you especially take care of you. Happy Sunday.
