So I just entered some historical weight data in for the last month. Only way to hold myself accountable for my Thanksgiving and other celebratory actions. I am now on a 3-day Fad diet and have dropped most of the water weight so far. Today is my last day on until next week. I needed to speed my metabolism back up again to burn this last bit of fat I want off!! Goals are still in check and they WILL be ATTAINED!!! I'll be prepared to enter in a new weigh-in tomorrow morning, which represents the success of my 3-day diet. Cheers to tomorrow!!
