Today is a re-start ... I am going to begin counting my calories and work toward my goals by focusing on two things ... 1 meal and changing 1 thing.

I joined the gym on Monday the 12th. Tammy and I are going to be support buddies to get her ready for her wedding in September. :)

Yeah!!

297.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
