So obviously went off the wagon for ages. But managed to keep off the weight I lost over the past 6 months Yaaaay!. Now, thanks to a challenge at work: who can lose the most percentage of weight - I'm back on the wagon.

The "challenge " ends on Feb. 16th. We weighed in on the 4th of this month. so far so good. the first couple days were really rough with headaches and hunger pangs. But now..4 days in, the cravings aren't so bad.

I've loaded my desk with lots of healthy snacks, almonds, grapefruit and apples...I've stopped drinking coffee (very very difficult) and have upped my 3 miles a day to 4.

It's amazing how in only 4 days, even though I don't think I've lost actual poundage..I feel lighter and unbloated.

I'm excited to see how much weight I might lose in the next 6 weeks.

141.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
