I am happy with my weight gain of 100g and accept that. I had an excellent dinner last night and the food was on point. The flavours were brilliant, not only delicious but interesting one of those where you eat slowly and think about the food (nothing else was important). Skipped the desert as planned. Had it served in front of me but did not touch it gave it to one of my work colleagues, I reckoned at $200+ per head refusing the desert was not good but eating it would have been a disaster. Seems I have come a long way although I destroyed way too much meat on the mains. I guess a treat once in a while is not bad. Weekend's coming up so time for my 4 week body scan. Interested to see how much muscle I have put on or not.
257.7 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
