All going better than planned and starting to achieve a good balance. Sleep, I mention this everyday so I can drum it into my brain I need more sleep. Bit going on on the work side so I need to ensure that I control the work not the work controlling me. I am hoping to get by losing weight with little cardio as I am not a cardio fan. The aim for me is to plan the laziest weight loss plan coupled with max amount I can eat whilst still losing weight and not running. That way I don't need any motivation to stay on it. Quite like lifting weights but at the moment prefer not to run.
258.2 lb Lost so far: 81.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
