Water Fast Day #11
My ketosis are good today, large traces at 80mg/dL
BF = 24.9%
BMI = 21.0%
I feel I'm losing mostly fat on my body which is good, for the ketogenic state I don't like how my mouth feels and I have a terrible white coat on my tongue, for the rest I'm feeling more energetic now than the first days of my fast!
TGIF!
128.1 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
