feels like I am starting all over again... from scratch. fell off the wagon again I came so close to throwing the towel in completely and just giving up.
190.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

that in itself is a victory...not giving up...you can do it Vee,just take it day by day and before you know it that first kilo will go and you will be a step closer to your goal:-) You can do it,we are all here in similar boats...we all fall, its getting back up again and getting on that horse that makes all the difference.sending positive vibes your way:-)
