I went out last night. Wine, potato and Gelati 1. Me 0. Back to the drawing board today. At least I didn't throw it all away, and think I will start again tomorrow. That never works. As soon as you fall off - get back on the horse, otherwise in 6 months time, you will be back at square one. Hope everyone is going well.

Yep, don't throw it away. Even on a day that I screw up, if I can I cook some vegies and find some lean chicken to cook then I eat that as well. It reminds me that I do know what I am meant to do. Drink lots of water, flush things out a bit and start fresh. Don't get too depressed with it. Your life is worth feeling positive about. ❤

Hey a cheat day once per week is a good thing. In fact it's good for you. Have a small bit of what you miss. Trick is portion control and only one day.
