Going through final stages of planning and I will be sitting with my trainer in the next 30mins. Basically I am looking to loose 16kg not 17 buy the 2 Jan 2017. Probably the hardest thing ever considering Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years pre Christmas dinners and lunches. Maybe I might change my plan to weight before Christmas will see.
265.7 lb Lost so far: 74.1 lb.    Still to go: 73.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
