Monday was a 'good' day. Tuesday and Wednesday I more or less broke even. Today I was tired and stressed and hungry and didn't care very much, so it turned out to be a 'bad' day. That leaves three days of the week where I could potentially get a reasonable calorie deficit and maybe lose a fraction of a pound. I'll see what I can do, but we do have a trip to the pub planned for tomorrow evening, so I'm not very hopeful about that. Next week should be better.

It's getting colder now so our diet will change a bit. It's just a couple of days out of many. I'm certain you will just pick yourself up again. Take care

I'm sorry you were having a problem staying on track. Do you have time to get some of your healthy option snacks portioned out so that you can just grab a snack and walk away from the kitchen?

It's when we go out for the evening that I'm likely to stray. I just generally relax the rules, but try not to go to far over. Also try to limit the number of times a week that we go out - once or twice is okay, but three times this week was a bit much! HOWEVER, I put in a 'good' day yesterday, and weight has dropped back down again. But I was aiming to lose weight this week, not maintain, so we'll see how it looks at tomorrow's weigh-in. Next week is looking less social, so probably can do better 😀

I agree with you that when there are less social occasions it is easier to stay focused.
