DAY 42 See if I do what I am supposed to do .I lose the odd pound or too . So we have started and now we carry on . My aim (not goal ) is to try and lose 12 lbs during this challenge. .wish me luck .xx

That takes you up to just before Christmas. I am sure you will do it! I want to lose 10 pounds to get down to 170 lbs. So good luck to us both!
