Good morning FS!!!! You all are looking and doing wonderful!! So, small confession on my part this morning. I am addicted to bread. I love the feel, smell, taste, etc. of it. Fridays are always a hard day for me at work. It is Free Bagel Friday. Normally I go for an Asiago, or Onion Bagel. But today I was feeling a Plain one. But I convinced myself that a bagel is not the way to go this morning. It was hard. Someone was in there with a freshly toasted one and the smell was amazing. I need to stay my course and get back to the willpower I used to have. I could walk in there and not even have this debate with myself. However, the debate will be necessary until I can get back to that happy place where I can control when and what I eat easily, and not let my emotions or my excuses win.
