Called in sick to work yesterday. I didn't drink as much water as usual, but still over a gallon.
By 6pm I was feeling up to going to the gym, so I hit the gym. It was crowded with a lot of different people than I usually work out with, and the different energy really kicked my workout into higher gear.
I pounded my pecs, shoulders, triceps and abs. No cardio, but I had a swim after the workout.
Took my weekly photo today. My stomach looks a lot better and my love handles are shrinking, but my weight stays about the same.
