I fell off track pretty hard for a few weeks. Sometimes I just get so down, I turn to food and eat my feelings. No more excuses, I gained 7.5 lbs! I have been back on plan for a week exactly and have finally seen a bit of progress. Oh well, forward on!

Welcome back. I truly understand! Have done that myself. We are human, but we feel better when we eat right. Silly humans! :-)
