Well another yo-yo up down up down on the scale, At least it is not continuing upward.

Wish I could put in some exercise time but with 3 tears in the hamstring I am sidelined for 4-6 months. Must rely on calorie/food control to drop weight.

Keep plodding along!
223.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
