I lost a little bit again - a mere 100 grams, but of course it's better than not losing at all. I'm hoping for a new low before the might Thanksgiving feast, but I honestly doubt that I'll get it. That's okay. This week is gonna be somewhat askew anyways, with Thanksgiving and all.

Have I mentioned Thanksgiving in my journal before? LOL. Okay, I'll stop. Moving on.

Yesterday, I had a blast teaching the kids. We rocked the Highway To Hell - it's cool to see and hear that they're getting into it and that they practice the songs at home - they're getting better every time! It's so much fun! We were told today that the show they're doing in April will be on a real stage, full PA system and everything. That scared the heck out of them, but also excited them! I'm sure if they keep practicing, they can do it.

So, how about that exercise bike, you ask? Well, let me tell you - it's 6.30AM and I already did it! Yup! I took a 30 minute joyride while watching Saturday Night Live from a week or two ago. It's kinda nice to be able to watch a show like that. The little skits make the time fly by so fast! I'd have taken more time there today - I actually felt like it - but I gotta get going to work and I wanted to spend a little time here on FatSecret first. I gotta weight in, write journal, check other journals, haunt the forum and so many other things. FatSecret actually does demand quite some time from me. I like it.

So, I will not stay here too long today. Just checking in, staying accountable and getting going for the day. It'll be an okay day at work, I think. I have a few interviews and one in particular that I am curious about. We'll see how it all goes down.

Today, I am thankful that I managed to get on the exercise bike without having to argue with myself.
I'm thankful that Wife will cook one of my favorite meals tonight (Frikadeller, a Danish meatball, with veggies on the side).
I'm thankful that I will have room for dessert in my food budget tonight! :)

Glad you are happy, cant wait to aspire to a similar level as you, very tentative steps on the mountain i have to climb, i am definately fighting against it all the way though aren't i. needed to check in on you to give myself a nudge. hope you will all be patient with me. Sazy

Sazy, check in all you want. Nobody's perfect, and we all have mountains to climb. Tonight, I've been climbing one of mine. :) I will be patiently watching you, and I know that with the support of me and everyone else here you will do good. :)
