Sticking to the plan, Went for a walk in the morning and off to the Gym soon. Need to adjust my sleeping time to recover. Next progress review is tomorrow.
282.6 lb Lost so far: 57.1 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
