This is a tough one for me not having sweets. But so far so good I've already lost some weight! It's just begun !! I'm going to give it my all this time. I'm determined !! I would like to loose 15-20 pounds. Lets do this !! Lets kick butt!!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes this is true I really like water plain or with a little lemon slice in it!! I'm doing the challenge no sweets for a month !! Hope I can do it !!
