Day 4. I didn't eat as much today as I did the 3 days previous because I was busier. Didn't exercise as much either for the same reason. But I did exercise. Rode my bike 4 miles in the 100F heat. Worked back and core at the gym. Glutes and quads are very sore today.
Drank nearly 2 gallons of water today. No alcohol.

couldn't fall asleep, still had some calories to play with and was a little lower than I like on protein, so I got up and had some cottage cheese and a bloody mary. Hope I can fall asleep soon.
