Day 1. I rode my bike to the gym after work and lifted weights, then rode home the long way. I walked for a total of about 25 minutes at work today. My goal is to drop about 30lbs of fat by next summer. If I gain 10 lbs of muscle while I'm at it that's OK, but I really want to get back down to 180 and lose the boobs and gorilla gut. Measurements will come soon. I had a single cocktail tonight: gin and soda with lime and simple syrup. My overall calories are about 2/3 or what I burned, so if I keep that up I should see progress soon.
